Rain & Inclement Weather Policy At Happy Time Farm, the safety of our animals, staff, and guests is our highest priority.

● Light Rain

Our petting zoo can often operate during light rain if a safe, covered area (such as a pavilion, tent, or covered patio) is available.

The final decision to proceed will be made by Happy Time Farm based on weather conditions and animal safety. Severe Weather For the safety of everyone involved, we do not operate during:

● Thunderstorms or lightning

● Heavy rain

● High winds

● Flooding

● Tornado watches or warnings

 Any weather conditions deemed unsafe for our animals, staff, or guests Rescheduling If severe weather prevents us from safely providing your event:

● Your event may be rescheduled to the next available date that works for both parties.

● Any deposit or payments made will be applied to the new event date.

● There is no rescheduling fee when the change is due to unsafe weather.

Weather decisions are typically made the morning of the event or up to 4 hours in advance if severe weather is clearly forecasted. We will communicate with you as early as possible. Customer-Requested Weather Changes If you wish to reschedule because of the forecast, please contact us 4 hours in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
